Stuffed.
Oversized.
Oh, yes.
Cookies with a main-character center.
Our launch idea starts with oversized stuffed cookies: a big reveal, an unexpected filling, and a reason to split one with a friend.
Small drops. Big dessert energy.Portland, Oregon · Launch concept
Not your
average cookie.
Meet Flash Treats: a dessert pop-up concept bringing oversized stuffed cookies, mystery flavors, and colorful boxes to Portland. Built for the first bite. Worth sharing after.
Starting small, with pop-ups and preorders. Drop dates coming soon.
The plan?
Make dessert an event.
New lab.
Clear intentions.
01 /Small drops, not endless stock
02 /Flavor before the photo
03 /Sharing is always optional
Inside the dessert lab
A little extra.
In all the right ways.
We're starting with dessert, not a permanent storefront. Here's what we're cooking up for the first Flash Treats drops.
02 / Keep them guessing
Mystery flavor energy.
Rotating flavors and limited weekly drops are part of the plan. A new excuse to try something you wouldn't usually order.
03 / Bring the whole box
Good things come bundled.
Colorful dessert boxes for gifts, group hangs, and the friend who always says “just one bite.” Bundle options will be listed with each drop.
04 / Catch us around town
Portland is our first stop.
We're planning local pop-ups, preorders, and event offerings. Confirmed dates, pickup details, and availability will be shared before orders open.
